Applying for Admission
In keeping with the philosophy of the School, the admissions process is designed to
enable both you and the School to determine the appropriateness of Wilson's educational
philosophy, resources, and environment for your child.
Steps in the Admission Process

Visit the School and meet with the Director of Admissions. Please call in advance to schedule an
appointment, (973) 334-0181.

File the admissions application form along with the $75 application fee.

File the Student Assessment Report with your child's current school.

File the School Record Release form with the School (unless your child
is entering PK and has not attended another school).

Call to schedule an admissions screening and School visit for your child.

Admission Committee review.
Tuition
Please call for
information on our tuition rates. Tuition includes
books, most supplies, field trips and a yearbook for each child.
Payment Plans

One Payment Option: Full tuition due August
15. $200 worth of books and/or equipment will be donated to your
child's class in your name.

Two Payment Option: Partial tuition due
August 15 and balance due December 15, or as noted on Enrollment Contract.

The Wilson School Monthly Payment Plan, administered by Key
Education Resources, allows for ten equal payments.
A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required at the time a contract is signed.
Financial Aid
Approximately 25% of our Wilson
families receive some form of financial aid. Grants are made primarily on the basis of the
family's financial needs and the availability of funds. If you are interested in
obtaining financial aid information and/or an application, please contact our Business
Office.
Accreditation
The Wilson School is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and
Schools. The School is a member of the National Association of Independent Schools, the
New Jersey Association of Independent Schools, the Educational Records Bureau, and the
Secondary School Admissions Test Board.
