Mountain Lakes , New Jersey – The Wilson School announces the appointment of five new Trustees, joining current members E. Thomas Behr, President, Carol Guedez, Treasurer, Carolyn Borlo, Secretary, Joan Bakst and Linda Myers.

The new Trustees are:

Thomas Tyson, Vice President (Appointed 2005)

Father of Lauren (Pre-K) and Carli (1^st grade), President and Founder, Coastal Financial Group, Inc. in Parsippany , NJ , a full service General/Master Agency for the major Health Insurance carriers that serves the tri-state Region with offices in Parsippany NJ , Bethlehem PA , and New York , NY .

Melissa Burnside (Appointed 2006)

Wilson Graduate ’85, Division Director, Bayard Nurses, Inc., responsible for strategic planning, team leadership, contracting and business development and P&L management for a comprehensive home care services company with over 140 locations in 16 states.

Maria Marchigiano (Appointed 2006)

Co-founder and Corporate Vice President of Franchise Network of New Jersey, Inc., Flanders , NJ . Manages a fast-growing network of food franchises in New Jersey , responsible for financial and quality management, executive hiring and training and advertising and promotion coordination.

Bernice Miller (Appointed 2006)

Mother of Nat (Wilson Class of ’05), Co-founder of M. Luca & Associates New York City recruiting firm. Started Bernice Miller Associates in 1999, a business advisory firm specializing in administrative and executive recruiting.  Her clients include McKinsey & Co., The New York Times, Disney, Forstman Little, Boyden & Boyden, and Lazard Freres.

Chris Modzelewski (Appointed 2006)

Wilson Graduate ’96, founder in 1999 of Gemius (formerly Global eMarketing S.A. ), now the regional standard in online audience measurement, providing currency data for the Czech Republic, Lithuania, Latvia and the Ukraine. In addition to these countries, Gemius operates in Slovakia , Hungary , Estonia , Slovenia , Croatia and Romania .
